What should I do if my trading platform has “No connection”?

Poor quality of your internet connection or server problems can be the reason for losing connection to the server. To solve the problem, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the stability and quality of your connection to the Internet.
  2. If the connection is stable, try rescanning the servers. To do this, click on the “No connection” label in the lower right corner of the trading platform and select “Rescan servers.”
  3. If rescanning did not help, reconnect to your account through the terminal’s main menu.
