I can’t log into my account. The platform shows the “Invalid account” message

The reason you can’t log in maybe one of the following:

  1. You are using the wrong login to connect. Check which platform you have a trading account in. Different accounts are used for MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
  2. You are using the wrong password to connect. Please check if the password you entered is correct. If you forgot or lost the trader’s password, you can restore it in your Personal Area.
  3. It is possible that your trading account was archived because it was inactive for more than 90 days.
