To top up your Wallet or a trading account with a bank card, you need to go to your Personal area, “Deposit/Withdrawal” section.
Make sure that you have selected the correct Wallet/trading account number, choose one of the “VISA, MasterCard” options depending on your card’s currency, enter the desired amount and click “Deposit”.
Next, you will be redirected to the page to complete the payment. Enter your card number, Name and Last name as it appears on your card1, validity period and CVV code (depending on the payment provider, you will also need to indicate your email address, phone number, residential address, zip code, etc.).
After filling out the form with your card information, you will be redirected to the next page where you will need to enter a one-time payment confirmation code, sent either via SMS or as a push notification from your online banking app2.
Once you enter the confirmation code, you will see a message that the transfer is complete. Now you can go back to your Personal area and start or proceed to trading. If for some reason the transfer is unsuccessful, contact Customer Support using live chat or your personal manager to clarify the reasons for the failed funds transfer.
- If your card doesn’t have a cardholder’s name, indicate your Name and Last Name as it appears on your ID, using Latin characters.
- If for some reason you haven’t received a one-time confirmation code, contact your bank for more information.
