To top up your Wallet or trading account via bank transfer, you need to go to your Personal area, “Deposit/Withdrawal” section.
Make sure that you have selected the correct Wallet/trading account number, choose one of the options – “International Bank Wire” – depending on the currency of your transfer, enter the desired amount and click “Deposit”.
Next, you will be redirected to the page where you will see that your deposit request has been successfully created. After that, you will need to wait until your personal manager contacts you to clarify payment details.
