Active expansion into new markets
In 2021, we achieved excellent results in the African and Asian regions.
We launched our affiliate offices in Lagos, Nigeria’s largest city. Offline and online seminars are held on a regular basis, partnerships have been concluded with local training centers.
We expanded our presence in the Indonesian market. We translated and adapted resources for trading and investing, launched customer support in Indonesian and integrated new payment systems in local currency.
It’s also worth noting that AMarkets’ global affiliate business has received a major boost in the past year. The number of active partners rapidly increased by 70.3% compared to 2020.
Top-notch customer service
In 2021, we significantly enhanced the quality of our customer support by extending the uptime and creating omnichannel customer service through aligning all communication channels. Our operators are now available 24/7. Clients can get help from our dedicated support team using any convenient method, including messaging apps and social media. In 2021, we brought down our response and resolution times by 4 times. Our operators process more than 400 thousand messages monthly, with customer satisfaction score steadily remaining at 4.8 points.
We have integrated the NPS index – a standard benchmark for customer loyalty that measures the probability of customers recommending the company to their friends and acquaintances. Our average NPS value is 62 points out of 100, while the industry’s average does not exceed 46.
Best trading conditions and attractive cashback
We keep improving our trading conditions. We added new trading instruments: ETF CFDs and cryptocurrencies. It is especially worth noting that the commission on cryptocurrency transactions has been reduced fivefold.
In September 2021, we updated the terms of the AMarkets Cashback program, raising the cashback rates for each of the five levels by $3. Your maximum cashback rate per lot is now $17 – the highest in the industry!
Best conditions for deposits and withdrawals
This year we continued to expand our list of available payment methods – more than 10 new payment solutions have been added.
